Groups go.opentelemetry.io/**, gitea.unbound.se/shiny/otelsetup and gitea.unbound.se/shiny/logging into one Renovate PR.

otel/log releases drop symbols that the contrib bridges and sdk/log still use. Renovate's default monorepo groups put otel, otel-contrib, otelsetup and logging in separate PRs, and each one fails to compile on its own (2026-08-10: all 14 otelsetup v0.4.1 PRs were red). One group lands them together.

Config validated with renovate-config-validator. Trivial config change, so no expert review.
